allo.. how are u all feeling tonite?? good?? =)
before i say anything, check out some new things that were added in this blog:

* a NEW blog link, named Catherine.. a fellow TP friend as well as a team mate whom I have known when i was in Meta Conference 2003.. check out her blog ya?? its cool.. with all those girly stuff.. probably u gals who are avid readers of my blog, would like it.. it gives me a very jap. cartoon pinky feeling.. if u koe wat i mean.. =)

thought of joining this after my BMT in NS, however, need to go for audition.. and i actually asked for details.. but until now, they have not replied yet.. haiz.. wat to do? its THE ARMY!! hahaz.. oopps.. shhh... dun tell anyone.. =)

anyway, as mentioned on my blog yesterday, went to school today for self-training.. however, it turns out to be a wasted trip to school.. what happened was this..
we carry on our plan for our self-training of evaulation of things like mantou, bread, etc.. however, after like an hour of preparation work (ie, cutting both bread and mantou references and samples to accurate bite size [ie, 1 inch by 1 inch] and steaming the mantous) and about 15 minutes of evaluating (becos' we need to record our observations on paper on a scale of 1 to 10..), we finally gave up the idea of our own training, and follow back the way of how we are trained about 3 wks back..
we prefer our old way of training becos' we had done the training for 3 consective days (each day last about 8 hrs of training).. so yupz.. u can say its 24 hrs of training..
ok.. let me give u an example of each training method (both old and new)..
here is the OLD way of training (which we prefer):
on a scale of 1 to 10, there are 2 end pt. references.. let say we are evaluating on the characteristic (in my FYP/course of study, we call it attribute.. more scientific and more professional.. *chey!*) of firmness/hardness..
so the score of 1 would be very soft (reference: kopitiam bread) and the score of 10 would be very firm/hard (reference: Marks & Spencer's Ginger Snaps -- which is very nice.. u shld try it sumday.. i lurrvvee this biscuit.. my lecturer recommend this biscuit and i ate it b4 even my lecturer mentioned it.. so i asked my classmates to buy Marks & Spencer one.. and now i tell u.. they are addicted!! =P )
so yupz.. above is a brief explanation of the OLD method..
the NEW method (which we tried today, but decide to use back the OLD method):
same thing.. lets say we are evaluating the attribute/characteristic of firmness/hardness (again!).. so wat we did today was getting the sweets like "vita-c".. and this is a reference for firmness/hardness.. that is, it just tells u that this is wat it meant by firmness/hardness.. however, it does NOT determine that its the extreme end..
so in this case, its not that accurate.. becos' it may differ from time to time.. NOT as accurate as the OLD method.. becos' one of our FYP tasks is also to co-relate the data with instruments to see how accurate is the result.. yupz..
so as u can see, my FYP not easy huh.. well.. stresses of final yr..
anyway, since we had been trained the OLD method b4, therefore, we dun need to train ourselves again.. thank God!
yupz.. that almost take me up my whole afternoon lohz.
after our training, decide to cook lunch in school (instant noodles lahz.. wat u expect?? we cook in food lab.. so yupz.. we brought our own instant noodles complete with foodstuff and all bought yesterdya at Carrefour).. but right.. haiz.. no gas! so cannot cook.. so we happy-go-lucky wanted to boil the water.. but can't manage to on the stove.. so we shelved off that idea and took home our un-opened instant noodles.. haiz.. =(
when i reached home, bathe and ate my lunch, and then took an afternoon nap.. so that's y i still so awake.. hehe.. clever huh..
then nite time, wat TV, now then start blogging...
well.. think tml would be another boring day for me.. dun think will go happening tml.. so many ppl.. if i go out, traffic would definately be a killer.. (hmm.. tat sounds familiar.. where did i heard it??)
k.. need to write out an email for the movie that I'm planning on New Year's Day (01/01/2004).. i movie co-ordinater for my cell group..
