A Day In A Studio

Fwah! A day in a studio is both fun and boring.. Fun becos' we get to do all tat we want in a studio, but boring becos' its like cooped up in a cage! Wonder how those recording artistes/international singers can actually force themselves to be cooped up in a studio and record their songs all day.. man.. haiz.. =(

The Worship Together session was fantastic!

However the studio we book was a bit dilapidated and has a strong sweaty odour when we first stepped in.. whew! wonder wat the previous jammers did to the room when they jam? Well.. dun want and dun dare to think! its too disgusting..

Anyway, its the picnic lady (aka Carlise) to the rescue! We told her to bring the air freshner frm her car, but never did we expect tat she brought kleenex wet wipes (to disinfect the microphones which Tiffany was hesistant to use it in the first place) and some cups with plain water! Huimin then exclaimed to her, as to is she coming for a picnic or wat! -_-'''

Anyway, the session was quite fun actually.. In fact, I learnt more new songs than ever! And wat can I abt the songs? Best!! Hope I can play them again or sing them in Youth Service soon =)..

The ppl who attended the session were: Cindy (whom I have not seen for a very long time), Carlise, Tiffany, Wendy, Derek and me! 6 of us were juz like jamming in the room!

The songs which we originally sang in church last time in HCC, never sound so good.. probably its becos we lack of a drummer.. with drums, the worship never sound the same! Man.. and guess who is the drummer?? Its none other than my kor, Derek! =)

Anyway, after the session, we decided to go to Beacon's Bar @ Sea Sports Club in East Coast Beach for dinner, under the recommendation frm Wendy & Tiffany.. the food were not too bad lah.. its not really those really good and not those really bad.. its those average lah.. Think we choose there is becos of the nature/beach ambience which is so tranquil and serene at nite.. imagine with the sea breeze juz brushing past your face and you can see happy families having a picnic together, as well as the owners of their pet dogs, juz taking a relax stroll along the beach pavement! Its juz so much things happening around, but you cant help but juz ponder and think how we wish tat this can happen everyday! =)
